
Apple has just released iOS 18.4, iPadOS 18.4, and macOS Sequoia 15.4, which enable Apple Intelligence features for EU users with support for several new languages. Apple’s collection of generative AI features is now available in French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (simplified), as well as localized English for users in Singapore and India.
Following the rollout of Writing Tools, Image Playground, and Genmoji in previous updates, today’s release introduces a couple of new Apple Intelligence features. The biggest one is probably Priority Notifications, which will highlight important alerts at the top of the notifications list. Users with eligible iPhones, iPads, and Macs will also notice a new Sketch style in Image Playground that creates academic and highly detailed sketches. There’s also the new ability to create a memory movie on Apple Silicon Macs by simply typing a description.

Other new features on iOS 18.4 include a new Food section in Apple News+, a new Apple Vision Pro app with content recommendations, and the ability to show three rows of app icons instead of two on the CarPlay Home Screen. For EU users, the Default Apps section of the Settings app will now lets users choose a default navigation app.
For Mac users, macOS Sequoia 15.4 introduces a redesigned Mail app with an inbox sorting feature, and these changes are also rolling out to iPad users. The handy Quick Start feature that lets iPhone and iPad users quickly transfer settings from their current device to a new one is also coming to the Mac today.
Apple also released today visionOS 2.4, which brings Apple Intelligence features to the Vision Pro, plus a new Spatial Gallery app with curated spatial content. For Apple Watch users, watchOS 11.4 adds a new option to make alarms break through Silent Mode. Lastly, tvOS 18.4 is also available today with minor design changes to the Apple TV app.
